Rental Terms

Submitting a reservation request is not a confirmed booking and does not require payment. Each request is reviewed against camera inventory and agreed dates. A booking is confirmed only after written approval and agreement to the final rental terms. The standard package includes two consecutive filming days. The camera is scheduled to arrive approximately 2–3 days before filming; this early delivery is not an additional rental charge. Standard outbound and return shipping within the US is included. Additional filming days and cameras are charged separately. Return all equipment using the provided materials by the agreed return date. Contact us promptly about loss, damage, or equipment issues. The highlight film is created from the footage captured by your guests; photos are delivered as original files. This is an editable draft, not a finalized rental contract. Cancellation, payment, late return, damage responsibility, delivery timelines, footage retention, and liability terms must be reviewed by the owner and legal counsel before bookings are confirmed.
